The play was interesting at first, but then became too gruesome for me to stomach. So, the only time I "worked" was before the play, during intermission, and afterward to help usher people out. Macbeth was my first engagement with a Shakespearean play at school as well. It was in 6th grade (I was 11, most of the class were 12-year-olds).
